Lillie's tutu dress!

I bough three rolls of tulle (6 inch by 25 yard)  red and one roll in white.  I used an 1/2 elastic band 2 inches shorter than the width of my daughters chest. I then  attached folded 66 in by 6 in. I actually used all 100 yards on this dress. Then I looped the ribbon at the front for the halter and used a warm glue gun to attach the flowers at the top. I bought a separate flower and warm glued it to a clip for the hair bow.  Easy cheese and great for pics. If she were going to wear this for more than just pics I would suggest a liner.
